What could we have done to keep you as a member

I understand this cancellation request may take up to 30 days, before becoming effective.

I understand all dues and fees owed to the club must be paid in full before cancellation can be processed.

I understand, no refunds will be processed.

I understand, per membership agreement, in event of any additional charges, you will contact NHHR Club within 15 days.

I understand and agree that if I choose to cancel my membership after the 1st of the month, I will be responsible for the full membership fee for the following month

I understand that if I have an annual membership and I cancel it before the end of the term, I will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of $69.00.
